PineBridge Wins ‘Best Workplace’ and ‘Learning and Development’ HR Excellence Awards

Hong Kong – 14th March 2024 - PineBridge Investments (“PineBridge”), a private, global asset manager focused on active, high-conviction investing, has been recognized by the prestigious Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management’s (HKIHRM) HR Excellence Awards - winning the ‘Best Workplace’ and ‘Learning and Development’ Elite Awards.

Organized by The Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management, the HR Excellence Awards recognize organisations and individuals who achieve business success through outstanding people strategies and practices. Each award follows a strict judging criteria based on case studies and an assessment of each initiative’s execution and outcome. During the Gala Dinner on the 8th March 2024 PineBridge was recognized for two showcase awards:

Elite Award for Best Workplace: this award recognizes organizations that provide their employees with an exceptional workplace environment, which supports employee engagement, collaboration, employee satisfaction and well-being. PineBridge’s winning submission highlighted the firm’s client-centric culture, centered by the values of investment excellence, empowerment, independence and collaboration. This culture is driven by PineBridge’s learning and development offerings, employee engagement and wellness programs, health benefits, flexible work arrangements and diversity, equity and inclusion programs.

Elite Award for Learning and Development: this award recognizes award likewise recognizes excellence in the design, creation, and implementation of a unique learning and development strategy that enhances the skills, knowledge, and attitude across all levels of the organisation. PineBridge’s winning submission showcased the firm’s Leadership Development Program, which is designed to grow the firm’s next generation of leaders. Leaders are nominated by managers to participate in a four-month comprehensive program to expand their management and leadership skillsets.
