Chapman Barrigan Lectures Honor the Legacy of Trish Barrigan

PineBridge Benson Elliot, the UK-based pan-European real estate fund manager, is pleased to share the launch of the Chapman Barrigan Lectures, supported by the JLL UK Foundation. The Chapman Barrigan Lecture Series builds on the Honor Chapman Memorial Lectures begun in 2014 in memory of urban planning and property expert Honor Chapman. Following the sad death of Trish Barrigan Co-Founder of PineBridge Benson Elliot in August 2020, the lecture series has been being relaunched to remember Trish alongside Honor, and to celebrate female leadership in the real estate industry. The inaugural event took place on 19 April 2023.

Named one of the most influential women in European real estate, Trish Barrigan brought to the firm a career of high achievement, alongside her passion for advancing the cause of women in real estate. The lecture, on the theme of reputation and trust in the property industry, was delivered by Liz Peace CBE, former CEO of the British Property Federation and current chair of Real Estate Balance, and the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation.
