PineBridge Investments Named One of P&I’s “Best Places to Work in Money Management” for Fifth Year
NEW YORK, 09 December 2024 – PineBridge Investments (“PineBridge”), a private, global asset manager focused on active, high-conviction investing, is honored to be named to Pensions & Investments’ “Best Places to Work in Money Management” list for the fifth consecutive year in 2024.
The annual survey recognizes the best employers in the asset management industry by evaluating employer benefits and policies as well as responses to an employee survey. This year’s winning submission highlighted PineBridge’s strong commitment to professional development, providing each employee with the tools and training they need to succeed in their roles and throughout their careers, including mentoring opportunities, management and leadership development, career coaching, technical education, and tuition reimbursement.
While survey responses are collated and anonymous, employees noted overwhelmingly that they valued the firm’s collaborative culture and appreciated working alongside colleagues to achieve a common goal. Other highlighted areas include ways in which PineBridge fosters an entrepreneurial mindset and encourages career growth for employees.1
“I couldn’t be prouder to be named a ‘Best Place to Work’ for five straight years,” said Greg Ehret, PineBridge’s Chief Executive Officer. “This milestone moment reflects all of the hard work and dedication of our employees who are focused on exceeding client expectations, but also supporting their colleagues and working together toward common goals. That’s what our firm is all about.”

To determine the rankings,Pensions & Investments partnered with Workforce Research Group, an independent research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, to conduct the two-part survey process. Most of the scoring, 80%, is derived from an employee engagement and satisfaction survey consisting of both open-ended and statement-based questions. The rest of the scoring looks at an employer benefits and policies questionnaire, which focuses on company policies, practices, and benefits that make the company a “best place to work.”
“Over the past 16 years, I’ve witnessed just how special a place PineBridge is to work and grow,” said Jennifer Motz, PineBridge’s Global Head of Human Resources. “Our people are at the center of everything we do, and we will continue to look for new ways to empower them, help them advance in their careers, and feel engaged and connected to their colleagues.”
