Jonathan Ratnage

Mr Ratnage joined PineBridge Benson Elliot in 2014 and is the Director of Asset Management. Mr Ratnage leads the firm’s asset management and repositioning strategies across retail and mixed-use real estate portfolios. Before joining PineBridge Benson Elliot, Mr Ratnage worked at JLL, where he advised institutional clients on asset management and repositioning strategies. Mr Ratnage has also worked at Warner Estate as an Asset Manager, having started his career at Lambert Smith Hampton. Mr Ratnage holds a Master in Property Valuation & Law from Cass Business School.
