Sam McDonald

Mr. McDonald joined PineBridge in 2023 and is a Sovereign Analyst in the Global Sovereign and Economics team. Mr. McDonald is responsible for providing fixed income research, analysis and due diligence across emerging market and G-10 countries with a primary focus in Europe and CIS. Before joining the firm, Mr. McDonald worked for Moody’s Investors Service as a sub-sovereign credit analyst, where he predominantly focused on UK government-related entities. Prior to this, Mr. McDonald worked as an Economic Research Intern at Economic Perspectives. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and International Financial Economics from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of East Anglia.
