Fernando Cerrada

Fernando Cerrada joined PineBridge Benson Elliot in 2021 and is based in London. He covers various aspects of commercial real estate investing, with a special focus on the company's cross-European strategies in senior living, logistics, and retail. Prior to this, Mr Cerrada worked in the Debt & Structured Finance department at CBRE in their Madrid office, where he was involved in acquisition finance and refinancing transactions in the Spanish market. Mr Cerrada holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE).
