Gregg Gilbert

Gregg Gilbert has 22 years of experience in the real estate industry and joined PineBridge Benson Elliot in 2011 as Head of Iberia. He is responsible for managing, originating, and analyzing new investment opportunities in Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands.

Prior to joining Benson Elliot, Mr Gilbert was part of the investment team at Colony Capital, where he worked on debt and equity transactions across Europe. Earlier in his career he was a consultant at ERA, advising clients on the market and financial feasibility of hotel and residential developments across the United States, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Mr Gilbert received his Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College, a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School, and a Masters in International Affairs from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a fluent Spanish speaker.
